Network Engineer

Salary: ฿60,000 – ฿80,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain network infrastructure and communication solutions.

• Configure, install and migrate network devices across internal and external network environments.

• Perform network maintenance, system upgrades, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.

• Monitor network performance, availability, resource utilization and capacity.

• Troubleshoot network infrastructure issues and provide 2nd Tier Support.

• Manage day-to-day network incidents and changes following established Change Management processes.

• Perform proactive network infrastructure and security monitoring.

• Coordinate with vendors, service providers and other IT teams for troubleshooting and problem resolution.

• Maintain network documentation including Network Diagram, Configuration, Inventory and System Documentation.

• Design and implement network traffic flow based on project requirements.

• Support server troubleshooting, maintenance and operational planning.

• Coordinate with third-party vendors to provide expert-level support for network and infrastructure systems.

• Support the integration of network monitoring solutions with existing systems.

• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
