NETWORK ENGINEER
Summary
On-site network engineer in Riyadh maintaining Juniper-based systems, monitoring KPIs, and providing 24/7 support for a climate-tech company.
Responsibilities
- Check all NMS tools used for monitoring and act accordingly
- Check all KPIs related to the System Networks
- Act as first-level support for Juniper Networks projects within this customer
- Report any abnormalities and problems in the network
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data reports
- Handle customer complaints
- Work with the operation manager, team leader, and other professional services consultants to provide industry-leading technical services
- Understand the customer’s organizational structure and become familiar with the network implementation
- Follow processes and procedures
Qualifications
- Computer Engineering degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years IP Network Operation experience
- Experience with Juniper hardware and software is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; teamwork
- Time management skills
- English language proficiency required
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Work on 24/7 shifts that include mornings, evenings, and nights
- JNCIA/CCNA certification
- Located on-site with the customer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
