Network Engineer
The Role:
Monitor, maintain and optimize WAN, LAN, WIFI for optimal performance and maximum availability
Onsite troubleshoot, evaluate and resolve SDWAN / LAN / WIFI performance and capacities issues
Perform WAN / LAN / WIFI / Firewall / other Network related configuration and backups
Troubleshoot and optimize WAN circuits with upstream provider
Supervise contractors for fiber cable and block wiring installation
Prepare and update network documentation and diagrams
The Person:
Degree or Diploma in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering
At least 2 years of relevant working experiences in enterprise network or WiFi support
Good knowledge in Layer 2/3 networking, routing protocols, firewalls and WiFi controllers
Knowledge of GPON broadband and fiber optic systems
Holders of Cisco’s CCNA and Fortinet NSE 3 related certificates are preferred
A good team player with good communication skills and able to work under pressure
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Occasional work in non-office hour for maintenance or on-site support
Candidates with less experience and fresh graduates will also be considered
