Network Engineer

Job Description:
- Analyse technical requirement, perform network design, planning and setup of network systems.
- Propose solution related to IP Transit / Peering to have a diverse connectivity
- Analyse traffic data, capacity planning for future expansion and optimise routing performance to lowest latency
- Evaluate and conduct testing on new tools to enhance route optimisation
- Coordinate with partner to analysis and performance tuning on traffic routing
- Create and maintain documentation related to network configuration, policies, procedures and service records
- Manage the inventory of network devices
- Provide network operation support, problem determination and troubleshoot network incidents
- Participate and provide technical support in network implementation projects wherever and whenever required
Requirements:
- Singaporean and SPR are welcome to apply. We don't have foreign quota to apply WP, SP and EP.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Telecommunication/Computer Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 2+ years hand on experience in either Nvidia(Mellanox), Cisco, Arista, and Huawei products.
- Strong technical knowledge in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, EVPN and Segment Routing.
- Experience in Peering / IP Transit and Data Center connectivity.
- Exposure to DDoS deployment, familiar with netflow and flow spec, VPN / IPSec.
- Systems administration experience with Linux.
- Network related certification (e.g CCNA/CCNP) is a plus.
- Able to work independently and fast paced environment.
- Good communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Required to provide on-call support occasionally.
Skills below are optional but preferable:
- Experienced in Nvidia GPU network design, deployment and operation.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the script languages: Python, Shell.
