Network Field Engineer (Junior)

What You'll do:
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, identifying and resolving problems related to TCP/IP and networking.
- Perform network equipment configuration, installation, patching, and maintenance tasks, following instructions provided by remote teams.
- Deliver on-site technical support and interventions at the client's location in Tramagal.
- Collaborate with local and international teams, ensuring effective communication in English.
- Support network infrastructure operations and projects, helping maintain service availability and performance.
Who You Are:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Network Field Engineer or in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, networking, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience performing network configuration and patching activities.
- Ability to follow technical procedures and instructions provided by remote teams.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
-Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is considered a plus.
- Available for on-site interventions in Tramagal.
- Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills.
