The Role
The Network Implementation Program Manager position will be required to plan, schedule, coordinate and manage a wide variety of projects involving the engineering and construction of Outside plant facilities in the Omaha and surrounding market. Projects could include relocation designs for road moves, private paid relocations, customer orders, fiber builds, pole projects, damaged replacements, and overall wire center responsibilities. This role will include the oversight of engineering and construction vendors, to effectively monitor and manage quality and completion of work and resolve specific issues, as well as, to accurately report on the progress of a projects to stakeholders and includes use of systems and updating databases as applicable (i.e. but not limited to, Site Tracker, Lumen Vision, SAP, PGW, and multiple inventory systems). This position must ensure projects are completed with quality, on budget and within time constraints. This role reports directly to the SR MGR Local Network Implementation and is considered an Individual Contributor. Location and Schedule
· This position will report to the office in Omaha, Nebraska.
· Full-time salaried position with base hours of M-F 7:30-4:30
· Travel is typically limited: to and from job sites that could be driven to and from within the same day.
The Main Responsibilities

· End to end project management, to include overseeing the planning and engineering of projects, to construction completion of projects, mostly utilizing vendors, along with overseeing units, pricing and billing.
· Relationship building with other internal departments, Vendors, Municipalities and customers.
· Quality audit of work performed by vendors
· Responsible for workload balancing among resources
· Responsible for functional management of a market
· Field interface with customers, contractors, and Municipal entities or other Utilities for engineering or construction
· Attend scheduled calls or on-site meetings as needed.
· Creating and approving purchase orders and invoices.
· Moderate to complex work with utilization of external vendors as a resource for network expansion, fiber builds, relocations or replacements.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Required
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience of 2-3 years
· Fully seasoned with typically 5+ years professional experience.
· Knowledgeable and able to work in appropriate systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc)
· Experience reading construction drawings, prints and civil plans.
· Knowledge about construction methods and procedures (Aerial, buried, underground, intra-buildings, etc)
Preferred
· Knowledgeable about copper and fiber splicing.
· Knowledgeable about Utilities, ROW and easements
· Fluent on current approved products and technology.
· Telecom knowledge or background
Compensation
| This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
