JOB DESCRIPTION Manager Network Infra

Location: Mysore

Experience: 9~10 years in network domain

Role & responsibilities :

Knowledge - Network Infrastructure:

Understanding of network infrastructure- Routing, Switching, Wired & Wireless LAN/WAN & Firewall. Creation of Rules, Policies, VPN Tunnel, Whitelisting/ blocking URLs. Handson knowledge on campus core network, routing, switching and IP subnetting. In addition, should have knowledge on network designing, managing SD-WAN technology, SaSE architecture, AWS / Azure / GCP cloud computing.

Knowledge in Cisco ISE, Cisco & HPE Aruba Wireless Controllers. Security landscape like IPS / IDS blade, patch management, policy review & maintaining hygiene would be added advantage.

Academia:

B.Tech / B.E. / bachelor’s degree / master’s in computer science, Information Technology or related field.

Key Role Area:

• Perform network operations and management of routing & switching
• Provide technical support for Cisco, HPE Aruba, Palo Alto, Checkpoint & Fortinet products
• Designing Network solutions for LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, SD-WAN, ILL, IP Sec Tunnel
• Develop network designs for ODC setup for various clients
• Implement, manage site connectivity (wired, wireless, SD-WAN)
• maintenance and support of all internal IT Network devices
• Maintain & achieve high availability for all network systems
• Manage network links, network traffic, latency & failover configuration, network devices
• Manage network asset life cycle hardware & software
• Perform troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, BGP, OSPF, ILL and VPN configuration
• Configure and Troubleshooting routing protocols like IGRP, EIGRP and OSPF
• Identify root cause analysis and resolution of critical incidents
• Configure and manage Checkpoint firewall, FortiGate Firewall, ION Firewall
• Rollout of new IT initiatives & updates with minimal disruption
• Syslog analysis & Preparing Action Plan for Critical Alerts to Resolve the Issues
• Review of Network Device Hardening on Periodic Basis
• Document and prepare layout of topologies & configurations

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 9-10 years’ experience in Network Operations, Management, Planning & Designing

Desired Skills / Certifications:

Cisco: CCNA, CCNP OR CCIE

Checkpoint: CCSA / CCSE

Palo Alto: PCNSA / PCNSE
