Network & Infrastructure Support Specialist

Salary: Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 12.000.000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks in the workplace.

• Assist with configuration and maintenance of switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, VPNs, and internet connections.

• Resolve common networking issues involving TCP/IP, VLANs, routing and switching, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPN, Wi-Fi, and network access control.

• Monitor office networks, internet connectivity, and critical devices; investigate, resolve, and escalate anomalies.

• Coordinate with the China-headquarters IT team on firewall, switch, wireless-network, VPN, and other network-device configuration changes.

• Coordinate with ISPs and local vendors on internet lines, dedicated lines, and network incidents.

• Maintain technical documentation such as network topology, IP addresses, device information, and configuration records.

Position Requirements

• Diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree (S1) or above; computer science, IT, computer/network engineering, communications engineering, or related fields preferred.

• At least two years of experience in IT support, desktop support, helpdesk, network support, or IT infrastructure.

• Experience in BPO, contact centers, shared services, finance, internet companies, or large office environments preferred.

• Strong practical, onsite troubleshooting and independent problem-solving skills.
