Network & IT Infrastructure Administrator
Main Responsibilities
1. Network Infrastructure Administration
•Manage, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, and network security environments.
•Configure and support network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
•Troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, routing, switching, and wireless issues.
•Support network upgrades, expansions, and infrastructure improvement projects.
•Maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.
•Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and service providers for issue resolution and implementation activities.
•Assist with network security administration including firewall policies, VPN access, and access control management.
2. IT Infrastructure & Systems Support
•Support Windows-based infrastructure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file services, and user account administration.
•Perform system monitoring, patch management, and routine operational maintenance.
•Assist with IT infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and migration projects.
•Maintain IT asset inventory, lifecycle management, and documentation.
3. End User Support
•Provide onsite and remote technical support for approximately 200 users.
•Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, conferencing, and connectivity issues.
•Support employee onboarding, offboarding, workstation deployment, and equipment setup.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for local IT support requests and escalations.
4. Project & Vendor Coordination
•Coordinate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
•Support office, warehouse, and infrastructure expansion initiatives.
•Participate in IT standardization, cybersecurity, and operational improvement projects.
•Assist in implementing corporate IT policies and best practices.
