Network Lead / Network Manager
Job Summary:
Lead the network infrastructure and operations function, overseeing Cisco routers, switches and enterprise network services. Responsible for team leadership, manpower allocation, resource planning, network projects, service delivery, vendor management and operational governance. This is a management role focused on planning, coordination and oversight rather than hands-on network configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the network team, including manpower planning, resource allocation, workload management and performance oversight.
- Oversee enterprise network operations covering Cisco routers, switches, LAN/WAN and network infrastructure.
- Lead network projects, upgrades, migrations, maintenance and implementation activities.
- Manage network incidents, escalations, risks and service performance.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, security, application teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships, technical escalations and service-level performance.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, risk and change management requirements.
- Oversee network capacity planning, lifecycle management and infrastructure refresh initiatives.
- Review technical solutions and recommendations to ensure alignment with business and infrastructure requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in network availability, resilience, performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
- 8–12 years of experience in network infrastructure, network operations or IT infrastructure, including relevant leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading network engineering teams and managing manpower and resources.
- Strong experience overseeing enterprise Cisco router and switch environments.
- CCNA, CCNP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
