On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Network Manager to work in Nairobi, Kenya

Job Summary

The Jobholder focuses on Network Expansion across Kenya, supporting the Dealers/TASSes in Kenya.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Network expansion- Ensure to onboard new dealers/ tasses as per KRA.

· Spearheading, coordination and overseeing dealer sales, (Units, Parts & Service)

· Dealer account management

a) Account reconciliation

b) Trade receivables collection

c) Vendor payments

· Dealer support

a) Dealer branding

b) Dealer events coordination

c) Provision of merchandise

d) Display/Consignment units’ management

e) Launch activities

· Dealer communication

a) Stock levels

b) Price guidelines

c) Technical updates and support

d) New products

· Ensure compliance with ISO9001 compliance.

· Scouting and appointing at least three dealers in a Quarter across Kenya.

· Understanding customers’ business and recommend requirements.

· Managing and consolidating dealer/TASSes pipeline.

· Achieving Sales & Aftersales Targets through Dealers /TASSes (As per ABP)

· Present monthly overall market summary, sales and aftersales strategies to Business Head & Aftersales Head

· Timely client communications and deliverables.

· Identifying & executing product promotion and branding activities across country to increase awareness and reach.

· Excellent knowledge/understanding of Vertical and Dual Reporting

· Technical Skills

· Fast and accurate

· Willing, creative and innovative

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

· BCOM Sales and Marketing / Mechanical Engineer / Any Relevant Degree.

· Five years’ experience in the same role

· Technical sales

· Communication skills

· Managerial skills

· Mentoring

· Coordination
