Network Management: Oversee the daily operations of the network team, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of the network infrastructure.
Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to network engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Technical Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of Fortinet products (Fortigate firewall, Fortianalyzer, Forticlient, SDWAN) and layer 2/3 networking to design, implement, and manage network solutions.
Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with industry standards such as PCI, ISO27001, and SOC2 Type 2. Implement security best practices to protect network integrity.
Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Project Management: Lead and manage network-related projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in network performance and security.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of network engineering experience.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in a similar role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Fortinet products, including Fortigate firewall, Fortianalyzer, Forticlient, and SDWAN.
- Strong knowledge of layer 2 and layer 3 networking.
Compliance Knowledge: Experience with compliance standards such as PCI, ISO27001, and SOC2 Type 2 is highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Fortinet NSE, CCNP, or CISSP are a plus.
