Network Operations and Learning Manager
Develop and implement training and capability-building programmes tailored to the learning needs of the organisation and its network of partners.
Assess the learning and development needs of partners and organisations at different stages of growth, and translate them into clear training priorities.
Design learning pathways, training modules, and capability-building programmes suited to participants across different cultures, languages, and contexts.
Conduct training sessions using a range of instructional techniques and formats, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and facilitated lectures.
Design, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, facilitation guides, toolkits, and learning resources to ensure they remain current and relevant.
Lead the design, planning, and facilitation of recurring learning programmes and structured development sessions, framing them as training and capability experiences.
Facilitate workshops, learning sessions, and capability exchanges between internal teams and partners, and between partners themselves, across global time zones.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Lead the onboarding of new consultants and partners as a structured learning and enablement experience.
Identify capability gaps across the network and source, build, or coordinate the training, mentoring, or support needed to close them.
Collaborate with team leads and department heads to identify training needs and align training initiatives with organisational objectives. Research and recommend new training methods, tools, and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
Develop session agendas, capture learning outcomes, and follow through on agreed development actions.
Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of virtual training sessions and learning convenings across global time zones, including arranging the necessary online tools and systems.
Monitor and report on training activities and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for future learning initiatives.
Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and programme effectiveness for compliance and reporting purposes.
Maintain up-to-date records of partners, consultants, and their development needs and progress in CRM or tracker systems, in direct support of the learning agenda.
Track learning-related contracts, scopes of work, and deliverables, and coordinate the associated documentation.
Maintain shared collaboration tools and build lightweight systems for tracking learning activities and follow-through.
Proactively identify and resolve barriers in processes, information flow, and coordination that impede partner learning and development.
