Job Summary

Responsible for supporting monitoring and maintaining enterprise networks and systems to ensure performance, security, and uptime. Executes real-time incident response, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance activities using established procedures and monitoring tools. Performs configurations, documents technical activities, and escalates complex issues to senior engineers or specialized teams. Contributes to business continuity by supporting reliable service delivery across the organization.

Essential Functions

• Monitors alerts, dashboards, and system status to identify potential issues in network operations.

• Follows standard procedures to log incidents, service requests, and operational activities.

• Escalates unresolved or complex issues to senior analysts or engineers for resolution.

• Assists with troubleshooting basic network incidents under close supervision.

• Documents actions taken, incident details, and updates in designated systems.

• Reviews runbooks and follows established workflows to support service restoration.

• Participates in shift handoffs to ensure accurate communication of ongoing incidents.

• Supports routine checks of network performance, capacity, and availability.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree

Experience Requirement: 2+ years of experience

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
