About The Role The Network Operations Engineer ensures network stability across complex platforms, leveraging deep knowledge of networking protocols, troubleshooting methodologies, and proactive/reactive tools. The role requires strong communication skills, adherence to standards, and collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and senior management. Key Responsibilities Ensure network stability across multiple platforms and troubleshoot complex issues. Provide operational support for routing, switching, WAN, LAN, and Internet technologies. Lead incident triage, monitor dashboards/logs, and communicate impacts to stakeholders. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with Incident and Problem Management policies. Work as part of a global operations team on a rotating shift schedule.
Required Skills & Experience Strong understanding of IT Service Management and core network services. Experience with routing, switching, WAN/LAN in multi-vendor environments. Knowledge of network security practices and troubleshooting methodologies. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
