Network Operations Engineer | Up to $3,300 + Allowances | Permanent

Salary: $2,800 – $3,300 per month

• Location: East (Nearest MRT: Tanjong Katong TE25)

• Salary: Up to $3,300 (Depending on qualifications and relevant experience)

• Benefits: Shift Allowance + Performance Bonus

• Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

• Working Arrangement: 24/7 Rotating Shift Schedule, including weekends and public holidays where applicable

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network systems and identify network faults or service disruptions.

• Perform troubleshooting and take appropriate actions to resolve network issues.

• Assist in network upgrades, expansion and maintenance activities.

• Monitor network performance and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Investigate technical issues and coordinate with engineering teams and vendors for resolution.

• Maintain accurate records of network incidents, changes and maintenance activities.

• Support continuous improvements to network infrastructure and system reliability.

Requirements

• Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, IT or other relevant disciplines.

• Relevant working experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as LAN, WAN and VPN.

• Knowledge of networking protocols such as OSPF, BGP, DHCP or MPLS will be an advantage.

• Willing to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

• Strong willingness to learn, good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
