Network Optimizer

SKILLS

1.At least 5 years of network optimization experience on Huawei or Nokia equipment;
2. At least 1 of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G network optimization experience;
3. Familiar with Huawei or Nokia optimization tools;
4. Familiar with Sonar , CEM tools will be prefered;
4.Strong communication and teamwork ;

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Wireless Network Performance Monitoring, worst cell troubleshooting and KPI improment.
2. Design, check, and optimize radio network features and parameters.
3. Radio network coverage, capacity, and interference optimization
4. DT optimization , User complaint handling & Event assurance
5, User experience monitoring and improvment
6. support NPM for Netwok insight
