Network Planning and Optimization Engineer Intern

About the Internship

Huawei Mexico is looking for a proactive and organized Network Planning and Optimization Engineer Intern to support strategic communication initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Learning Activities

• Manage day-to-day engineering optimization project delivery, track milestones, coordinate internal and external resources to ensure delivery schedule and quality meet targets.
• Produce network performance analysis reports, monitor 4G/5G KPIs, identify performance bottlenecks and propose optimization recommendations to ensure KPI targets are met.
• Analyze the network based on customer complaints and provide causes. Analyze abnormal counters and provide causes. Analyze network services and user experience based on databases to support customer operation and development.
• Participate in wireless network parameter configuration and optimization, assist with parameter evaluation, adjustment, and verification to ensure network operation quality.
• Assist in live network issue troubleshooting and fault resolution, collaborate with the team on root cause analysis and solution delivery to reduce fault resolution time.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Information, Wireless Network, or a related field.
• Approximately one year remaining before graduation.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
