NETWORK SECURITY ENGINEER

We are looking for a skilled Network Security Engineer to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network infrastructures, monitoring potential threats, and ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.

Beyond technical implementation and support, this role will also involve pre-sales and/or post-sales activities, including technical consultations, solution presentations, implementation support, and customer engagement. We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

Network Security & Technical Operations

• Design, implement, configure, and maintain secure network infrastructures, including firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS solutions.
• Monitor security threats, investigate incidents, and respond promptly to potential risks.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and security hardening to strengthen network defenses.
• Troubleshoot network security issues and provide technical support to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and clients to implement security best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry standards.

Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Support

• Provide technical assistance during pre-sales activities, including client consultations, technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and requirements gathering.
• Support the development of technical proposals, solution designs, bills of materials (BOMs), and other technical documentation.
• Work closely with the sales team to recommend appropriate network security solutions based on client requirements.
• Assist in post-sales activities, including solution deployment, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Conduct product demonstrations, knowledge-transfer sessions, and client training when required.
• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.

• 3–5 years of experience in network security, network engineering, or IT security roles.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and enterprise network infrastructures.
• Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting, security implementation, and incident response.
• Experience or exposure to pre-sales, post-sales, technical consulting, or customer-facing technical support is an advantage.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into practical security solutions for clients.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP Security, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP are a plus.
