- Junior/intermediate Network & Security Engineer experience working in an MSP / managed services environment
- Solid L1/L2 capability across support, incidents, changes and troubleshooting
- Good networking and security fundamentals
- Exposure or familiarity with Cloudflare, Arista and Palo Alto would be beneficial
- Aruba/Mist, Fortinet and SD-WAN exposure would also be useful
- Comfortable working directly with customers
- Most importantly, the right attitude: motivated, curious, practical and keen to learn and develop
