Network Security Infrastructure Lead

Primary Skills:
- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise Routing & Switching and Wireless infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot Aruba ClearPass / CPPM (NAC), including 802.1X, RADIUS, authentication, and network access policies.
- Configure and support Aruba/HP switches, Wireless Controllers, and Access Points across enterprise environments.
- Troubleshoot Layer 2/Layer 3 connectivity, VLAN, STP, LACP, OSPF, BGP, DHCP, DNS, and network performance issues.
- Support network upgrades, migrations, configuration changes, and infrastructure optimization.
- Perform root-cause analysis for complex and recurring network incidents.
- Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, and ISPs for network-related issues and activities.
- Maintain network documentation and operational procedures.
Good to Have Skills:
- Experience with Enterprise Firewalls such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point, or Cisco.
- Knowledge of NAT, VPN/IPsec, HA, and firewall security policies.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Aruba, or ClearPass.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related engineering discipline.
Preferred Certifications:
- Aruba Certifications
