All About You

We’re looking for an experienced Network & Security Support Engineer to join our Network Support Team. This role requires at least 4–5 years’ experience supporting complex customer environments with technologies such as SD-WAN, Firewalls, Routing (OSPF/BGP), and ISP management.

You’ll be working nights to facilitate the delivery of out of hours planned work and to cover P1 and P2 incidents that occur.

Your part to play

  • Provide advanced support for network and security incidents & service requests
  • Lead implementation of change requests and project tasks
  • The role will include maintenance, software upgrades, hardware replacements. It will also involve resolving emergency P1/P2 incidents that may occur
  • Troubleshoot complex networking/security issues across customer environments
  • Manage ISP circuits and liaise with providers as needed
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure knowledge sharing within the team

Required Expertise

  • 4–5 years’ experience in a network & security support role
  • ITIL Service Principles
  • SD-WAN deployment & troubleshooting
  • Security technologies (firewall policies, IPS/IDS, web filtering, secure web gateways)
  • Advanced routing (OSPF, BGP, MPLS)
  • Switching (Layer 2/3)
  • ISP circuit management
  • DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM)
  • Monitoring tools (SNMP, API-based platforms)
  • ITSM platforms - ServiceNow
  • Technical Skills: VeloCloud, SilverPeak, Fortinet, Zscaler, Infoblox, Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, F5 (training will be provide for gaps in knowledge)
