Network Solution Architect / Technical Lead
Summary
Leads enterprise network projects end-to-end as technical authority — from requirements analysis and architecture design through deployment, migration, and handover to operations. Core focus areas are LAN, WAN, WLAN, data centre, security, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity.
- Manage the complete network solution lifecycle, from requirements analysis through to post-deployment support.
- Serve as the technical authority for enterprise network projects, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business and technology standards.
- Define and review network architecture and design documents (HLDs, LLDs) to meet business requirements.
- Provide architectural guidance for LAN, WAN, WLAN, Data Centre, Security, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity solutions.
- Conduct project scoping, requirements analysis, and technical risk assessments.
- Approve key technical documents, including site surveys, bills of materials, rack elevations, and implementation runbooks.
- Coordinate closely with project managers and cross-functional technology teams (facilities, cabling, AV, Security, BMS, etc.).
- Validate technical designs, equipment selection, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Lead technical activities during staging, implementation, migration, and change windows.
- Act as the main technical decision-maker during major deployments and troubleshooting escalations.
- Ensure configuration standards, monitoring integration, and successful post-implementation outcomes.
- Support WAN circuit deployments, carrier migrations, and network connectivity optimization.
- Lead operational readiness testing (ORT), user acceptance testing (UAT), hypercare, and handover to operations (HOTO).
- Ensure third-party system integrations (AV, digital signage, security, printers, BMS) are validated and successful.
- Drive network standardization, continuous improvement, and adoption of best practices.
