Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per month

Responsibilities:
Provide assistance in Enterprise Network solutions for partners, including preparing quotations, configuring products, managing product licenses, and analyzing market data.
Monitor the solution timeline using our advanced operating system to ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and customer needs, relaying insights to the R&D team.
Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders (such as clients, R&D, account managers, engineers, and partners) to facilitate a seamless process.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Possession of certifications like CCNP, CCNA, CCIE, HCIA, HCIP, HCIE, or similar is a plus.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin skills are a bonus).
Strong understanding of communication networks is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and show commitment to responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders and adept at problem-solving.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts and theories.
