Network Specialist

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per month

Responsibilities:

· Architect and deploy complex LAN/WAN solutions using Cisco/Huawei routers, switches, VXLAN, SD-WAN, data center and campus solutions.

· Lead network migrations, upgrades, and capacity planning with zero-downtime strategies.

· Perform advanced troubleshooting of Layer 2/3 protocols and routing (OSPF, BGP, ISIS, VLAN, STP, QoS).

· Implement and enforce security policies via FortiGate firewalls, Palo Alto firewalls and Huawei USG firewalls.

· Automate routine tasks using Python, Ansible, Cisco DNA Center or Huawei iMaster NCE (Network Cloud Engine) open APIs.

· Conduct regular health checks, performance tuning, and vulnerability assessments across enterprise network infrastructures.

· Collaborate with cloud and security teams on hybrid architectures.

· Produce detailed documentation, RCA reports, and SOPs.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.

· Active CCNP-Enterprise or HCIP-Datacom is mandatory, CCIE-Enterprise or HCIE-Datacom certification is an advantage.

· 6+ years of hands-on Cisco or Huawei enterprise networking and data center experience.

· Expert knowledge of routing/switching, enterprise wireless (Cisco or Huawei WLAN/AC/AP), and network security.

· Proven track record in large-scale deployments (500+ devices).

· Scripting/automation skills (Python preferred).

· Excellent English communication; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.

· Hong Kong work eligibility required.
