Network Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer to join our team in the Chandigarh Region. As a Network Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing L1 and L2 support to our clients, ensuring the integrity and security of their network systems. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain network security protocols to protect sensitive data. - Provide L1 and L2 support for network-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems efficiently. - Configure and manage firewalls, routers, and switches to optimize network performance. - Collaborate with other IT teams to implement network solutions and upgrades. - Train and mentor junior staff on network processes and best practices. - Document network configurations and changes to maintain accurate records.
