You will be involving…
Network Infrastructure Support
Provide administration, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VLANs,Wifi, Voice, routing, and switching.
Manage and maintain network devices (e.g., Huawei, Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper) across data centre and branch environments.
Perform capacity monitoring, performance tuning, and proactive network health checks to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
Firewall Management
Administer and maintain firewall policies, rules, and access control lists (ACLs) across perimeter and internal firewalls.
Review, process, and implement firewall change requests in accordance with change management procedures and security policies.
Conduct periodic firewall rule audits, cleanup of obsolete rules, and compliance reporting.
Support VPN configuration, remote access gateways, and network segmentation initiatives.
BAU Operations & Project Support
Participate in network-related project workstreams, including infrastructure upgrades, branch network refreshes, and cloud network integration.
Support incident response and problem management for network and security events, including coordination with cybersecurity teams.
Maintain network documentation, including topology diagrams, IP address management, and firewall rule documentation.
Contribute to network automation efforts (e.g., scripting, API-based configuration) where applicable.
We are looking for…
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in network administration and firewall management in an enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience with network security technologies, including next-generation firewalls (NGFW), intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and VPN solutions.
Industry certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent are preferred.
Familiarity with banking network environments and regulatory security requirements is an advantage.
