Network & System Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Network & System Administrator to join our team in Navsari. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and operational efficiency across all systems. This role involves configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network and server-related issues to guarantee uninterrupted operations throughout the campus. The Network & System Administrator will also oversee the maintenance of computer labs, training equipment, CCTV systems, biometric devices, printers, and other IT assets essential for training and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities include: - Managing and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and internet connectivity. - Configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network, server, and system-related issues to ensure uninterrupted operations across the campus. - Maintaining computer labs, training equipment, CCTV systems, biometric devices, printers, and other IT assets used for training and administrative purposes. - Installing, configuring, and supporting desktops, laptops, software applications, and peripheral devices. - Monitoring system security, software updates, antivirus protection, and data backup processes. - Coordinating with vendors for hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure-related support when required. - Maintaining IT asset inventory, technical documentation, and infrastructure reports. - Ensuring the smooth functioning of all technical facilities, computer laboratories, and campus-wide IT systems. - Responding promptly to technical issues and providing effective troubleshooting and resolution. Required Skills: - Knowledge of networking concepts, routers, switches, and firewalls. - Understanding of Windows/Linux server management. - Experience with CCTV configuration and maintenance. - Basic hardware troubleshooting and system support knowledge. - Familiarity with IT security and backup procedures. - Good problem-solving and communication skills. Qualifications include a degree in any field with relevant experience in Network Administration, CCTV & System Administration, or IT Infrastructure Management.
