Network & Systems Engineer

• Design, configure, deploy, and maintain network and system solutions based on customer requirements.

• Provide onsite and remote technical support and troubleshooting.

• Liaise with vendors to resolve complex technical issues.

• Support tender submissions with technical proposals, solution designs, compliance documents, BOM reviews, and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) testing.

• Evaluate and test new technologies and products for potential solutions.

• Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and test reports.

• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT/Computer Science/Cybersecurity or equivalent

• Min 5 years experience in deployment and supporting multi-vendor network infrastructure and systems

• Experience in these applications is an advantage:

  • ManageEngine OpManager

  • ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer

  • ManageEngine Patch Manager

  • Acronis Advanced Data Backup

  • Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM)

• CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge

• Location: Ubi

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am to 6pm)

• Salary: Up to $6500

• Able to start work immediate or on short notice
