Network Systems Engineer (Penjuru)
Summary
Provides IT support and administration for a manufacturing site, including helpdesk, servers, networks, and desktop systems.
Responsibilities:
- General Helpdesk support.
- Desktop/ Laptop support.
- Shop floor system and site level applications support.
- Site’s servers administration.
- Site’s network administration.
- IT asset management.
- Responsibilities with respect to significant aspects related link to operational control [*] in work area.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
About you
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or relevant discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Windows 7/10/11, and Ubuntu Linux deployment, servicing and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of deploying and configuring Windows Server 2019/2022/2025, and Linux Rocky 8 Server.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite, and GoogleWorkspace
- Knowledge of VMware vSphere
- Essential network knowledge
