Execute general IT tasks, including backup procedures, antivirus, anti-malware, and PC systems
Demonstrate proficiency in Workplace, Network, and Infrastructure management through active implementation
Apply expertise in Google configurations and actively contribute to IT project management
Lead with strong interpersonal skills in a multi-country environment, demonstrating adaptability
Exhibit integrity, resilience, creativity, and team spirit while actively engaging in problem-solving

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in the maritime industry
Proven success in deploying and implementing IT systems and applications
Demonstrated ability to manage incident/service request tickets within SLA
Proactive creation and documentation of IT procedures as needed
Effective communication and coordination with various service suppliers
Practical knowledge in general IT practices, actively contributing to incident resolution and support
Proven capability to lead and collaborate in a dynamic and challenging maritime environment
