NETWORK TECHNICIAN
Salary: RM 2,000 – RM 2,200 per month

Install, set up, configure and troubleshoot modems, routers, WiFi access points and network switches. Manage and maintain fiber optic and wireless infrastructure networks, as well as Internet broadband services. Provide onsite technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for network-related issues.
Key responsibilities
Install, set up, configure and troubleshoot modems, routers, WiFi access points and network switches
Manage and maintain fiber optic and wireless infrastructure networks, as well as Internet broadband services
Provide onsite technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for network-related issues
Provide customer-oriented support with good communication skills and the ability to communicate with and assist customers professionally and courteously
Attend customer sites for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers when required
Provide timely job status updates and reports to supervisors or management
About you
Possess a basic understanding of Fiber Optic, UTP Cat5/Cat6, VDSL, DSL, FTTH, GPON, and WiFi & Mesh solutions
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required
Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
Must possess own transportation, either a motorcycle or car
