Business trips: some occasional included (Warsaw)

We are seeking a skilled Network Vulnerability Manager to oversee the management of network and firewall-related vulnerabilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of vulnerability assessment and risk management within complex IT environments.
Main Responsibilities
The candidate will be tasked with both reactive and proactive management of vulnerabilities:
Managing ServiceNow VUL/VIT tickets from various sources filtered to relevant technical departments.
Handling notifications from S-CERT, BSI, and vendors.
Execution of vulnerability scans and penetration tests.
Responding to customer requests and operational incidents.
Monitoring and validating using Forward Networks tools.
Overseeing the entire lifecycle of vulnerability reports through to resolution.
Key Requirements
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, especially in VUL/VIT Management.
Proficiency in networks and firewalls.
Experience in reporting and action management.
Process-oriented mindset and structured approach to tasks.
Detail-oriented with a strong compliance focus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice to Have
Experience with incident response management.
Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools.
