Der Netzwerktechniker (L2) (m/w/d) ist verantwortlich für die Bereitstellung eines professionellen technischen Second-Line-Supports für Kunden und stellt den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb ihrer Netzwerk- und IT-Infrastruktur sicher. Die Rolle umfasst die eigenständige Analyse, Diagnose und Behebung von komplexeren technischen Vorfällen, Störungen und Problemen sowie die nachhaltige Wiederherstellung der Services durch strukturierte Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management-Prozesse.
Das Hauptziel dieser Rolle ist die Sicherstellung der vereinbarten Service Levels (SLAs) durch effiziente Fehleranalyse, schnelle Servicewiederherstellung und die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Betriebsqualität. Dabei übernimmt der Netzwerktechniker (L2) die Verantwortung für eskalierte Vorfälle, führt technische Ursachenanalysen durch und arbeitet eng mit internen Fachabteilungen, dem Network Operations Center (NOC), Herstellern sowie Kunden zusammen.
