*NEW* 1 Year Contract Data Analyst (Finance)
Summary
Analyzes financial distribution data and validates reports to support compensation strategies, using tools like SQL, Power BI, and Python.
Job Duties:
- Manage the reviews/validation of various distribution report eg production tracking reports etc.
- Manage end to end activities to ensure validations are according to business rule, timely and accurately.
- Drive to understand the business requirements from business case/request and visualizations of business data. Analyse data to identify patterns and draw insights to support business decisions
- Contribute on analytical insight into the business process by coordinating different functions and/or stakeholders
- Propose solution and support the development of processing models and present the explainable outcomes to support the organisation’s operations and execution of key distribution compensation strategies.
- Trouble shooting and provide interim solutions for business continuity
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Finance/Statistics/Mathematics/Economic
- 2-3 years in data analytics, business Analysis and finance operations preferably in financial/Insurance industry in Singapore
- Experience in various data analytics tools eg Alteryx, Anaplan, Python, Power BI, SQL, etc
