-NEW- 11 Months Procurement Executive, Operations (Financial Institution)

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage vendor onboarding and maintenance through Coupa, ensuring accurate supplier profiles, banking details, tax information, and resolving registration or system-related issues.

· Conduct quarterly vendor rationalization reviews, deactivate redundant or inactive vendors, and track onboarding and vendor maintenance metrics.

· Support sourcing activities by setting up Coupa sourcing events and reviewing low-value purchase requisitions for compliance with internal policies, budget availability, and preferred vendor guidelines.

· Maintain contract records in Coupa CLM, generate active contract reports, monitor contract expiry dates, and coordinate renewals, terminations, and ownership updates.

· Support invoice processing by manually creating invoices for non-digital vendors and ensuring accurate documentation and linkage to active purchase orders.

· Perform three-way matching checks for manual invoices and coordinate with Procurement, Finance, IT, and relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

· Adhoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree in a related discipline

· Minimum 1years of relevant procurement duties

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
