Summary
Project Manager oversees technology portfolio and project execution, including budgeting, asset tracking, and compliance reporting for IT infrastructure.
Portfolio Management
- Contribute to the maintenance strategic roadmap
- Actively participate in the annual and quarterly strategic planning lifecycle
- Develop and manage the portfolio needed to execute our annual operating plans
- Manage portfolio operational status & health reporting
- Comprehensive budgeting to include forecasts & actuals
- Issue and manage purchase orders and billings related to Technology spend.
- Project Management
- Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams
- Oversee physical, financial, or digital asset tracking - from acquisition and maintenance through to disposal
- Monitor asset performance metrics/dashboards and ensure adherence to relevant financial, regulatory compliance, globally aligned standards and processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Min Degree with 5 years of experience in technology project and portfolio management
- Experience preferred using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, Smartsheet, Coupa, etc.
- Proven track record in asset management, financial analysis, or portfolio management
- Experience in technical knowledge IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and applications
