-NEW- 7 Months Regional HRIS Manager
Job Responsibilities:
· Administer, maintain, and optimize the SAP SuccessFactors HRIS platform, ensuring system stability, data integrity, security, and alignment with business and HR processes.
· Act as the regional SAP SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing functional support for Core HR, Employee Lifecycle Management, Organization Management, Performance Management, and other HR modules.
· Establish and maintain HRIS governance, system standards, policies, user access controls, and security permissions to ensure compliance and operational consistency.
· Partner with global HRIS and IT teams to implement system enhancements, upgrades, new functionalities, and continuous improvements within SAP SuccessFactors.
· Manage day-to-day HRIS operations, including user administration, issue resolution, ServiceNow ticket management, system troubleshooting, and end-user support.
· Coordinate system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, deployment activities, and release management for SAP SuccessFactors enhancements and updates.
· Ensure HR system configurations remain accurate, scalable, and aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.
· Maintain high standards of HR master data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing data validation, audit, and governance processes.
· Ensure compliance with internal policies and local data privacy regulations across regional HR operations.
· Develop, maintain, and automate HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
· Collaborate with regional HR, IT, Global HRIS teams, and external vendors to deliver system enhancements, resolve technical issues, and improve user experience.
· Serve as the primary regional escalation point for SAP SuccessFactors-related incidents, system issues, and operational support.
· Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through system optimization, automation, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
