New Albany- Metalizing - Production Worker 3rd Shift

JOB SUMMARY
This entry-level position is responsible for visually inspecting and removing finished parts from a moving anodizing line.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Properly removes all finished parts from the row.
Consistently picks-out and remove defects from a moving line.
Follows all standard work procedures.
Maintains a clean work area.
Differentiates between scrap defects and re-run defects
Packs finished parts efficiently
Any other duties as requested

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to use both hands to pick-up and manipulate small parts simultaneously
Must be able to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice or on weekends
Capable of standing for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Can successfully work in a team environment
Willing to take direction from others

Ability to differentiate between different sizes, shapes, styles and colors
Ability to read/set scales
