Job Description

• Support and manage building / infrastructure projects from the design stage through construction, commissioning and completion.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered according to requirements, schedule and quality standards.

• Assist with project planning, design coordination, tender/quotation activities and construction management.

• Monitor project progress, identify delays or technical issues and work with relevant parties on solutions and follow-up actions.

• Review project designs, technical submissions and relevant documentation to ensure compliance with required standards and project requirements.

• Support site inspections, testing & commissioning, project handover and completion activities.

• Assist with project documentation, progress tracking, meetings and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Building / M&E / Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Construction Engineering or related disciplines

• Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, subcontractors and/or clients

• Good communication, coordination and project management skills
