New Business, Case Manager (HNW Insurance & Wealth Solutions)

Our client is a leading international life insurance brokerage specialising in tailored insurance and wealth planning solutions for High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.

They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Case Manager to oversee the end-to-end administration of life insurance applications, working closely with Sales Consultants, private bankers, insurers, trustees, and clients to ensure a seamless application and policy issuance process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end processing of life insurance applications, from quotations and underwriting through policy issuance and post-issuance support.
• Provide administrative and case management support to Sales Consultants.
• Liaise with private bankers, insurers, trustees and clients to facilitate smooth case progression.
• Coordinate medical examinations and additional underwriting requirements.
• Review application documents to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor pending applications, maintain accurate case records and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare case status reports and maintain updated records of in-force policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of experience in life insurance, case management, new business operations, or policy administration.
• Good understanding of life insurance products, underwriting processes, and policy issuance.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
