New Business Development Specialist - Recovery/Credit

Job Description
- Develop and lead the implementation of strategic and tactical plans with internal and external multidisciplinary teams, as well as monitor the results of these plans;
- Lead internal and external multidisciplinary meetings and projects, primarily involving the Product, Technology, Credit, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Legal teams;
- Conduct negotiations with Serasa's strategic partners;
- Manage a portfolio of partners, leveraging revenue generated from the portfolio;
- Analyze business KPIs and sales funnels using digital business analysis tools;
- Find alternatives for revenue growth in B2B2C partnerships, using up-sell levers;
- Work on the conversion funnel in digital acquisition, with a view to increasing portfolio efficiency, suggesting and leading the implementation of improvements;
- Develop actions, together with the marketing and CRM teams, with a view to increasing portfolio profitability;
- Maintain relationships with partners, being present at business and/or technical meetings, events, and lunches.
Qualifications
- Experience in the credit segment;
- Experience with data visualization and analysis tools;
- Proficiency in commercial negotiations;
- Communication skills;
- Proactivity;
- Sense of urgency.
