New Business/Onboarding Manager
Key Responsibilities
New Business & Entity Management
- Manage new business onboarding and entity set-up processes.
- Coordinate the transfer of entities from other corporate service providers.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding and conversion of new business.
- Prepare and maintain client and entity records, both physical and electronic.
- Communicate with clients throughout the onboarding and transfer process.
- File statutory documents with relevant authorities and coordinate overseas entity incorporations.
- Arrange tax and legal advice where required.
Compliance & Risk
- Collect, review and maintain Client Due Diligence (CDD) documentation.
- Conduct client screening and prepare Client Risk Assessments.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Report non-compliance issues to the Compliance Team.
- Draft legal and constitutional documents, where applicable.
Banking
- Open and maintain bank, brokerage and custody accounts.
- Process client payments and liaise with financial institutions.
Occupation Permits
- Assist clients with Occupation Permit applications and related regulatory processes.
General Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the Company's policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and high professional standards.
- Keep up to date with legislative and regulatory changes.
- Provide administrative support and undertake ad hoc assignments as required.
- Uphold the Company's values and deliver high-quality client service.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional qualification such as ICSA/CGI, STEP, ICA or equivalent.
• 6–8 years’ experience within a Management Company or financial services firm in Mauritius, including supervisory experience.
