You'll start with full training and a simple process that spells out each step, and you'll have teammates ready to help when a question comes up. Owners usually come out ahead with the switch, so you're offering something worth hearing. This is a full-time role, and earnings grow with the accounts you open, plus bonuses for strong months.
What You'll Do
- Start conversations with business owners and build quick rapport
- Learn how they take payments now and what frustrates them about it
- Present a payment and point-of-sale setup matched to their business
- Work through questions and guide them to a confident yes
- Make sure each new account is set up and running smoothly
- Track leads, notes and next steps in the CRM
