NEW! Financial Reporting Specialist (IFRS)
Reporting to the Financial Reporting Lead, this role supports monthly/quarterly IFRS reporting for an insurance business, covering:
- Preparing input data (actual transactions and reference data) for IFRS 17 reporting processes
- Supporting statutory, group, regulatory and ad hoc reporting disclosures
- Reviewing and reconciling reporting outputs across systems for accuracy and completeness
- Investigating variances/exceptions and ensuring timely resolution
- Performing flux, variance and trend analysis with commentary on key drivers
- Tracking reporting timelines to ensure deadlines are met
- Driving continuous improvement of reporting processes, controls and documentation
- Supporting system calibration/UAT for reporting tools
- Assisting with preparation of holding company monthly reports and financial statements
