New Home Sales Manager (Tri-Cities)
More homes are on the way at Mosaic, and we're looking for a great sales leader to grow with us.
As a senior member of our sales team, you'll bring your knowledge of the market, build meaningful connections with homebuyers, and help bring new communities to life. From generating sales and preparing contracts to supporting successful sales launches, you'll play an important role in creating a great homebuying experience.
You'll also bring out the best in your team. Leading by example, you'll coach, mentor and support the people around you, making sure our model homes always look their best, and every potential homeowner feels welcome, informed and well cared for. This is a 100% commissioned role initially based at a Mosaic site in the Tricities area.

Who You Are
You have experience as a realtor and an extensive network of relationships and connections in the Tricities and Burnaby area. You are comfortable working 5 days a week including some weekends and holidays.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have prior experience coaching, mentoring, and training a sales team.
You are passionate about customer service and know what it takes to ensure everyone has a great experience every step of the way. You are positive, professional, and polished.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A second language is an asset.
Finally, you’re a team player who builds relationships and brings out the best in others. You see possibilities and opportunities.
