- Excellent communication skills and a polished, caring phone presence
- Customer service experience where people genuinely felt cared for
- Comfortable discussing patient care and treatment costs when appropriate
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Dependable and comfortable learning new software systems

- Previous dental office experience is appreciated

DAY-TO-DAY
As our New Patient Concierge, you'll be the first friendly voice many prospective patients encounter when they reach out to our practice. Throughout your day, you'll answer incoming calls with warmth and patience, take time to understand each caller's unique needs, and help guide them toward scheduling their first visit. You'll educate prospective patients about what makes Pelican Landing Dental different, explain our fee-for-service model and insurance reimbursement process after receiving training, and provide the reassurance many people need when choosing a new dental provider. You'll also follow up with prospective patients to ensure no one falls through the cracks while maintaining detailed and accurate notes within our practice software. Every conversation you have will help build trust, strengthen relationships, and create the exceptional first impression that defines our practice.
