Baptist is looking to add a New Patient Coordinator to our AgeWell team.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: Baptist Senior Care at San Marco
The AgeWell Department is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant II to support their team. AgeWell services patients 65+ and is growing rapidly at Baptist! This position requires a candidate to have their Medical Assistant Certification as well as strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and flexibility.

As a New Patient Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Intermediate level knowledge of insurance, medical records,
Multi-line telephone
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to match patient care needs with services available.
Good judgment triaging patients with acute needs over the phone.
Experience Requirements:
One-Two Years Insurance Experience Preferred
One-Two Years Customer Service Experience Preferred
Three-Five Years Medical Experience Preferred
Education & Credential Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED Required
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Required
