We are looking for a New Product Planning (NPP) Lead, Immunology to join us in our New Product Planning Team, based at our HQ in Brussels, Belgium.
About the role
The New Product Planning (NPP) team brings commercial expertise and stakeholder insights into Patient Solutions, ensuring patient needs, market realities, and future value considerations are embedded early in drug development.
As the NPP Lead, Immunology, you will serve as the commercial voice within cross-functional candidate teams, shaping development strategies, informing key portfolio decisions, and maximizing future patient and business value. You will also provide a portfolio-level perspective across Immunology programs, identifying opportunities, synergies, and strategic priorities.

What you'll do
- Act as the commercial lead for Immunology candidates, shaping development and value creation strategies
- Define commercial drivers of success and inform Target Product Profiles (TPPs) and proof-of-concept criteria
- Integrate patient, healthcare professional, payer, regulator, and competitive insights into key development decisions
- Recommend indication prioritization, sequencing, and asset maximization strategies
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop business cases and evaluate strategic investment options
- Identify evidence-generation needs that support successful candidate progression and commercialization
- Foster cross-asset learning and contribute portfolio-level perspectives across the Immunology pipeline
Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills
- Minimum of Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related discipline
- Extensive pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience
- Experience developing and leading commercial strategies in a global environment
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics, market access, and healthcare ecosystems
- Proven ability to assess early-stage assets and inform development decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Extensive years of pharmaceutical industry experience
- 5+ years as an NPP Lead or equivalent strategic commercial role
- Prior experience within Immunology
- Strong scientific background with the ability to translate complex science into commercial opportunities
