New project launch & Process Engineer
Summary
Process Engineer improves manufacturing KPIs, supports production lines, and leads automation upgrades in an industrial facility using CAD tools and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve manufacturing KPIs such as Productivity, OEE, Cycle Time, and Internal Defect Cost (IDC).
- Provide technical support for production processes, machines, and equipment through analysis and problem solving.
- Support Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) activities with local and international teams.
- Participate in machine upgrades, automation improvements, and jig/fixture development projects.
- Support capacity expansion and new model introduction activities for assembly lines.
- Review and improve PFMEA, Control Plans, and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performance and product quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of machine design, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills.
